Research Question
What are the direct and indirect links of species interactions and how does climate change affect the marine species interactions and food webs?
My research focuses on the ecological impact of climate change on coastal ecosystems, with a close view of species interactions and marine food webs, using lab experiments, trophic biomarkers (eg. stable isotopes, fatty acids) and microbiome analysis (NGS) approaches.
