Our research focuses on investigating the microbiomes of marine copepods and nematodes, as well as employing nematode metabarcoding techniques to elucidate community composition. By studying the microbial communities associated with copepods and nematodes, we aim to unravel the intricate interactions and ecological roles of these microorganisms in the marine environment. Additionally, through nematode metabarcoding, we can identify and quantify the diverse assemblages of nematodes present in different habitats, shedding light on their community composition and potential ecological functions. These investigations provide valuable insights into the microbial diversity and dynamics within these important marine organisms, contributing to our understanding of the broader marine ecosystem.
