Our research group specializes in the study of ecological and functional omics, including genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenetics. Our researchers are deeply engaged in investigating copepod and nematode expression at multiple omics levels. Through these studies, we aim to unravel crucial insights into fatty acid biosynthesis pathways, as well as transgenerational genetic modifications in response to environmental stressors. By employing advanced molecular techniques, we seek to understand the intricate mechanisms underlying the adaptation and response of these organisms to their changing environment. This research contributes to our understanding of ecological processes and aids in addressing the challenges posed by environmental changes.
